2010 - Pure Adrenaline competes exclusively under Steve Sims once again, running on the Stone Crusher chassis, but this time using the updated body used on Brantley's truck.During this time, a second Pure Adrenaline is used for displays by Steve Sims, running on Stone Crusher, using an undecorated Stone Crusher body with the name placed on the side. In Indianapolis, the truck runs as the Bob and Tom Show. Ricky Brantley runs the truck during this time. The truck sports a new Ford F-150 body design, running the scheme used on the 2005 Hot Wheels release. 2009 - Pure Adrenaline returns to competition, running on the former Mountaineer chassis.The truck runs an unwrapped white Chevrolet body with the name on the side. 2007 - Pure Adrenaline's name is brought back with Steve Sims, who drives the truck on Mopar Magic as an alter-ego.The Pure Adrenaline name is temporarily shelved during this time, although a Hot Wheels toy is released during this year, featuring a radically different body design. 2005 - The Pure Adrenaline chassis is sold to Sudden Impact Racing, and becomes the Traxxas T-Maxx truck for the 2005 season.Pure Adrenaline also receives one last body change, with the truck returning to a purple color. In August of this year, the truck was sponsored by, and runs as Mobile Hunting & Camping Supply for the Monster Jam event in Mobile, AL.

Chad Tingler became the new driver for the truck for the rest of the year. The truck received an updated Ford F-150 body style after Van Horn crashes the truck in the final round of racing at Minneapolis. In march, Van Horn moved to Power Forward.

Gary Porter was asked to drive the truck until Randy got the license.

Randy built the truck to compete primarily in the ProMT series, however, he did not have his MTRA license upon entering the series. Carl Van Horn and Ricky Brantley drove the truck for a few occasions in 2009, and Sims would drive the truck a couple times in 2010 on the Stone Crusher chassis. Frank Krmel would drive Pure Adrenaline for a few years, and Steve Sims would drive it in 2007. Randy debuted the truck in 2000, and drove Pure Adrenaline until 2003 when he joined Team Grave Digger. Pure Adrenaline was a Ford F-150 (formerly a Ford F-250 Super Duty) monster truck owned by Randy Brown out of Camden, North Carolina.
